How the coaching works

The coaching is structured, rigorous, and tailored to the leader and their context.

  • Typically six one-to-one sessions over eight weeks
  • Virtual or in person
  • 60 minutes per session

Sessions focus on: 

  • Leadership identity, values, and direction
  • Analysing critical leadership moments – where judgement, behaviour, and presence have disproportionate impact
  • Influence, decision-making, and key conversations
  • Small, practical experiments that embed change

Supporting elements

  • A short Leadership Impact Review before the work begins
  • Concise reflection notes after each session to reinforce learning
  • A clear 90-day forward plan at the end of the journey

Optional

  • Light stakeholder input or observation
  • Feedback on a live meeting or presentation
